Opt-Out Form

It is the policy of Turlock Unified School District to allow photographs and video footage of students to be used in district produced materials including but not limited to web sites, brochures, social media, posters, other printed materials, news media, and cable television programming.

Photos and video footage of students add significantly to the communication value of district and school publications, video productions, social media, and web sites. It is the district's desire to share the achievements and recognition earned by students with the broader community. This effort can be aided by the use of photos or video footage showing students involved in classroom and school-related activities.

Parents and guardians may request photographs and video footage of students not be used by completing the Google Form below. NOTE: If you are NOT opting out, you do not need to complete this form.

Click on the TUSD Media Opt-Out Form to indicate your preferences on the above.
