Why Peachjar?

Turlock Unified School District has partnered with Peachjar to provide digital distribution of important school and community information directly to parents. Adoption of this new platform is in line with our efforts to help close the achievement gap and provide our students with access to beneficial programs and resources. We believe that increased participation in school and afterschool programs can help improve student outcomes in our district.

Information

For Parents

Important information from your student’s school can now be viewed right from your smartphone! Flyers will be posted to each school’s website and can be accessed by clicking the Peachjar button on your school’s homepage. Additionally, if you’d like to begin receiving flyers in your email to stay up to date with your student’s school, please register:

  1. Visit the TUSD Peachjar page.
  2. Click "My Account" in the top right corner.
  3. Click "Register Now."
  4. Select account type “Parent/Family Provide”.
  5. Enter requested information; choose your school and/or district you wish to follow.

For Community Partners

Community organizations that wish to distribute information to parents can now do so through Peachjar. To send your flyer, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the TUSD Peachjar page.
  2. Click "My Account" in the top right corner.
  3. Click "Register Now".
  4. Select account type “Program Provider”.
  5. Register Your Organization.
  6. Once your account is created, Click “Send a Flyer” to submit your flyer for approval.
  7. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s website.

Schools & District

TUSD reserves the right to deny the posting and/or distribution of any flyer.

TUSD does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, transgender identity, disability, age, religion, height, weight, citizenship, marital or family status, military status, ancestry, genetic information, or any other legally protected category, in its educational programs and activities, including employment and admissions Questions? All flyers should:

  • Include the District’s non-discrimination statement:
  • Adhere to all Turlock Unified School District policies - (i.e. Advertising & Promotion - BP 1325).
  • Align to the District's LCAP & Strategic Plan.
  • Maintain an educational focus and serve the District's stakeholders consisting of students, parents, guardians, and the community.
  • Include age-appropriate content for TK-12 students.
  • Not contain sales-driven advertising language that simply promotes an individual, agency, and/or organization.
  • Contain the name and contact information of the sponsoring entity.

Partner Organizations

TUSD reserves the right to deny the posting and/or distribution of any flyer.

Flyer should NOT:

  • Adhere to all Turlock Unified School District policies - (i.e. Advertising & Promotion - BP 1325).
  • Align to the District's LCAP & Strategic Plan.
  • Maintain an educational focus and serve the District's stakeholders consisting of students, parents, guardians, and the community.
  • Include age appropriate content for TK-12 students.
  • Not contain sales driven advertising language that simply promotes an individual, agency, and/or organization.
  • Contain the name and contact information of the sponsoring entity.
  • Submitted in PDF format, smaller than 3 MB in file size.
  • Solicit funds with the exception of those listed in the Board Policy 1325.
  • Promote a particular political candidate, party, or ballot.
  • Position the District on a side of a controversial issue.
