Cross Country Fall 2022 Announcements

  • Sports Physicals: Wednesday, June 1, Boys Gym $25 Cash

    Summer Runs: Begin July 12th @ 9 AM at Crane Park - Summer Schedule will be given out at that time. We run for 30 minutes, so be ready! Start you summer runs on your own in June.

    Tryouts: August 1-4, 6:30 AM at Crane Park

    AM Practice: August 8 & 9 and after school - practice begins August 11

    Athletes will be expected to have some base before entering our program.
