Important Announcement

• The TUSD daily sub rate has been increased as follows effective January 1, 2023:  Days 1-10: $200/day; days 11-30 in consecutive assignment $225.00/day; days 31-60 in consecutive assignment $250 day. 
• Upon participation in the District’s substitute training, substitutes for Special Education classrooms shall receive $225.00/day for days 1-30 in consecutive assignment and $250.00/day for days 31+ in a consecutive assignment.
• Substitute teaching limits governed by state and commission guidelines.

• Qualifications

  • Substitute teachers must have a teaching credential or a 30 day Emergency Substitute Permit.

• Salary
