ELOP Activity Leader

Hours: Vary (Before, During, and After School)
Pay: $18.15-$24.32 per hour; Please note initial placement is restricted to a maximum of Step 5 ($22.06/HR) for external applicants
Location: Various Sites

Under the direction of the ELOP Head Recreation Leader, you will:

• Lead and Coordinate Activities: Develop and supervise daily program activities.
• Ensure Safety: Monitor and enforce safety rules to create a secure environment for students.
• Support Student Development: Assist with enrichment activities, provide homework help, and manage student behavior.
• Engage with Families: Communicate with parents regarding student progress and program involvement.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of college coursework or an A.A. degree preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience working with students in an organized setting is preferred.

• Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license, pass background checks, and complete district-mandated training.
