Tech Support Information

The Technology Services Departments has various resources available to support you. The Technology Services Contact Sheet will help you determine the best contact point when you need support:

The help desk is staffed every school day from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. We have one full-time and one half-time help desk technician. Please leave a voicemail if the line is busy and our Technicians will get back to you as soon as possible.

To maximize your experience, we recommend completing the Requestor Training Courses, located here: https://learn.incidentiq.com/all-courses/?2. These courses will teach you how to utilize the dashboard, submit, track, and respond to tickets.

  • Next, click on the blue Microsoft Azure button in the middle of the page.
  • Then, sign in with your TUSD email account.
