• Staff who test positive for COVID-19 must remain at home for at least 5 days from the start of symptoms or after date of first positive test if no symptoms.
• Notify your supervisor and look for an email from Human Resources with additional information.
• Isolation can end and staff may return to school if symptoms are not present and/or are resolving, and a diagnostic specimen collected on day 5 or later tests negative. Staff must wear face-coverings around others for a total of 10 days.
• If staff’s test on day 5 (or later) is positive, isolation can end and the staff may return to work after day 10 if they are fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications.

• Exposed staff may continue to attend work as long as they are asymptomatic.
• Exposed staff, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status, should get tested for COVID-19 with at least one diagnostic test (antigen or PCR) within 3-5 days of last exposure, unless they had COVID-19 within the last 90 days and are asymptomatic. Masking around others for 10 days after exposure is strongly recommended.
• Exposures will be posted daily on the TUSD website at http://www.turlock.k12.ca.us/schoolexposures

• Staff who are sick should stay home and get tested.
• Notify your supervisor and look for an email from Human Resources with additional information.

• COVID-19 testing is available at the TUSD Child Nutrition Center, 1901 Auto Mall Drive, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Proof of insurance is required.  If you do not have insurance, please contact vraya@turlock.k12.ca.us other testing options.
• Free COVID-19 antigen tests for screening purposes are available in TUSD.
