THS Construction Updates
As part of the Measure O bond passed by Turlock Voters November 2016 and other funding sources, Turlock High School is being secured with new fencing, a single point of entry, a new science building, additional parking, and high visibility crosswalks as part of a renovation project to address classroom space, campus security, fire, life, safety, and ADA upgrades.
Currently, the following construction is in-progress at Turlock High School:
- Canal Parking: In preparation for the new science building, 42 new parking stalls and a high-visibility crosswalk is being installed on Canal Drive. This work will continue during the school year but the impact on traffic will be minimal. There will be occasional lane closures that will be coordinated to have minimal impact to site operations. This work is expected to be completed in early November.
