TUSD Aeries Family Link is an online resource that will allow parents and/or students to access attendance, demographic data, grades, transcript information, and graduation status. TUSD Aeries Family Link is secure - it is only accessible by knowing a student's ID number, telephone number, and verification code.
The window for data confirmation for the 2020-2021 school year opened on July 1, 2020. If your student attends a TUSD school you can now go online to confirm or change your student’s data for the new school year through TUSD Family Link.
If you update and confirm your student’s information online, you will not need to complete an entire first day packet during the first month of the new school year. There will be some parent approval forms that will need to be completed for your individual school, the majority of the data can be changed or confirmed through this process.
Click on the yellow banner at the top of the Family Link Parent Portal website that reads “You have not yet completed the Student Data Confirmation Process.
Click Here to confirm the information about your student.”
Select the “Student Info” tab at the top of the screen and select “Data Confirmation” from the drop-down list.
Please update any information regarding your residence/mailing address changes, contact information, emergency contacts, medical history and annual authorization documents.
Please review and approve the authorizations for Annual Parent Notification, Internet Usage and other parent authorizations required each school year. If you would like copies of the documents, or please review the Student Documents section for additional information that can be downloaded and returned to the school when applicable.
If your address has changed, please bring your proof of residence documents to the school office. Acceptable proof of residence documents:
Most current utility bill (TID, PG&E, City of Turlock, etc.) with new address on it.
Current telephone bill (landline or cell).
Monthly mortgage payment with current address listed.
