Julien Elementary School was established in 1954 and named after Eric and Albert Julien, two brothers who were prominent in Turlock in the 1950's.  Julien is a Professional Learning Community that strives to ensure academic and social excellence for all of our students.  The mission of Julien Elementary School, a unique, child-centered community, is to ensure ALL STUDENTS develop a strong academic foundation and essential social skills through effective instruction and meaningful activities in a safe, environment where students cultivate confidence and become responsible citizens.
