Accessing District Email through the Internet Instructions
Staff with email have the ability to access and use the district email system through the internet. Please use the following instructions for doing this:
Click on the Email icon to go directly to Web Mail:
or type this URL for Outlook Web Email: https://tsd-exch-02.turlock.k12.ca.us/exchange
How to Reply to email: If you have a pop-up blocker on your home computer, when clicking on the "Reply" button, you must also hold down the <CTRL> key on your keyboard in order for the window to appear to reply to an email from home.
If you are a teacher at Turlock High School, Pitman High School, Roselawn High School, Dutcher Magnet/Middle School and Turlock Junior High School, it is necessary to put the appropriate domain name prior to your network user name.
- If you are a Turlock Junior High School Teacher - when entering your logon name - enter TJHS (backslash) before your name.
- If you are a Dutcher Magnet/Middle School Teacher - when entering your logon name - enter DMS before your name.
- If you are a Turlock High School Teacher - when entering your logon name - enter THS before your name.
- If you are a Pitman High School Teacher - when entering your logon name - enter PHS before your name.
- If you are a Roselawn High School Teacher - when entering your logon name - enter RHS before your name.
- All others should use TSD
- After the User name, enter your network password and you should be able to access your email from home.
