Parent Information
The Turlock Unified School District welcomes and encourages the involvement of parents as partners in the education of their children. Research and our own experiences have consistently demonstrated that parental support and involvement is the single greatest factor contributing to the educational success of students. If you have not already done so, please become personally acquainted with your child's teachers, counselor and administrators. Please also contact any of our staff whenever you have a question, concern or suggestion. If you wish to visit your child's classroom, please first report to the office to register.
On the menu bar at the top left of this page are links to other pages on this site, including Emergency Information in the case of an emergency at one of our sites, current information will be posted there. We encourage you to visit this website often to become more familiar with our district.

H1N1 Flu Information
The Turlock Unified School District is working with the County Office of Education and the County Health Department to take all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of H1N1. We encourage all students to wash their hands thoroughly and to cough or sneeze into the corner of their elbow. Also, students or staff with a fever and cough or sore throat will be sent to the nurse. The nurse will take precautions to prevent the spread which may include a surgical mask and isolation until the student or staff is sent home. Students or staff may return to school after the fever has subsided for 24 hours. Returning students and staff are required to check in and be cleared by the school nurse. Please contact your child’s school nurse if you have further questions or concerns.
